Norton to Hold Quarterly Town Hall Meeting with National Park Service, D.C. Residents
Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 16th at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will hold a virtual town hall meeting open to all District of Columbia residents with representatives from the National Park Service (NPS) on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. Norton's quarterly town hall meetings with NPS have been popular with D.C. residents. Most neighborhood parks in D.C. are under NPS's jurisdiction.
"My quarterly town hall meetings have become one of the most effective ways for me to hear from constituents about, and to work to resolve, issues related to parks in D.C. that are under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service," Norton said. "We are fortunate to have so many parks in nearly all our neighborhoods. I look forward to hearing from my constituents."
To attend, register here. The event will be open to the public and to the media.
