Community Project Funding for Fiscal Year 2027

Recipient: District of Columbia Government
Purpose: The funding would be used to construct a floodwall at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Federal Nexus: This project has a federal nexus because the funding would be provided for purposes authorized by Section 203 of the Stafford Act (42 U.S.C. § 5133), as amended by Section 1234, National Public Infrastructure Pre-Disaster Hazard Mitigation, of the Disaster Recovery Reform Act of 2018.
