The office of Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton has a dedicated team of caseworkers located in the District of Columbia who assist constituents with issues pertaining to the federal government. Examples of some services we can assist with include:

If you have an issue related to D.C. local government or agency, you may contact your council member or the Mayor’s Office of Community Relations and Services (MOCRS). Common local government concerns may include issues with housing, unemployment, local taxes, community safety, etc.

To receive assistance from our office, you must first fill out, sign, and return a Privacy Release Form. Please choose one of the methods below for submitting a completed Privacy Release Form.
Please note: The Privacy Act of 1974 requires that written consent be obtained from a constituent before information from federal agency records can be disclosed. In order for Representative Norton's staff to conduct an inquiry on your behalf, you must sign and submit a privacy release form

NOTE: If you are emailing or mailing in a privacy release form, please provide my staff with any relevant paperwork you may have regarding your case. This may include letters from the federal agency, medical forms, or other forms and documents related to your issue.
