Lunchtime Music on the Mall to Feature Vocalist Patricia Tommy, Thursday

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The Office of Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) welcomes vocalist Patricia Tommy for a Lunchtime Music on the Mall performance tomorrow, Thursday, June 18, 2015, from noon – 1:00 p.m. on the National Mall, at 7th Street and Jefferson Drive SW. Lunchtime Music on the Mall is produced by a partnership of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, the District of Columbia Commission on the Arts and Humanities, the D.C. Department of Parks and Recreation, and the National Park Service, in conjunction with Norton's office.

Patricia Tommy has sung traditional ballads and rhythm and blues since the sixth grade. Patricia, a student at Prince George's Community College, has won numerous vocal competitions and performs regularly at venues throughout metropolitan D.C., including Wolf Trap.
