Norton Announces Beginning of SummerSet DC Music Series Performances on the Mall, Today

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) announced the kickoff today of the SummerSet DC Music Series (formerly Music on the Mall), a free concert series developed and sponsored by Norton's office, the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, the National Park Service, Wolf Trap, and the Southwest Business Improvement District. The first two performances will be at noon today by Emma G & DJ Reality Check at Hancock Park at L'Enfant Metro Station and Naimbi Ra at the Navy Memorial Plaza at Archives Metro Station. SummerSet DC provides a unique opportunity to showcase the variety of musical talent and performances in our region.
