Norton Discusses Her Bill to Create a National Commission to Combat Sexual Harassment and Other Issues on PBS’ ‘To the Contrary’

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC), who generally appears every other week on the PBS series "To The Contrary," can be seen on this week's show airing today, Friday, January 26, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. (WETA), Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. (WHUT), and Sunday, January 27, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. (WETA). On this week's show, the panel discussed the sentencing of USA gymnastics doctor Larry Nasser for sexual assault, during which Norton discussed her bill to create a national commission to turn the focus to sexual harassment experienced by the average woman in the workplace, as well as the shrinking support for President Trump among white women.
