Norton Highlights National Foster Care Month

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) hosted an Appreciation Night at the Foster and Adoptive Parent Advocacy Center to highlight and honor parents and advocates of children in the District's foster care system tonight. Young people currently being fostered spoke about their experiences and the importance of public support for these programs.
