Norton Hosts National Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration, Tonight
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month with the Hispanic Bar Association of D.C. tonight at 6:00 p.m. at Crowell & Mooring LLP on Pennsylvania Avenue. This will be Norton's first event of several celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month in the District.
"The Hispanic American community is a valuable part of American life and the rich diversity of the District," Norton said. "The District has a thriving Hispanic population that continues to grow each year. I look forward to celebrating this Hispanic Heritage Month, showcasing the contributions that make the Hispanic community in the District unique."
