Norton to Hold Quarterly Community Meeting with National Park Service and D.C. Residents Tonight

March 25, 2021

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will hold a virtual community meeting open to all District of Columbia residents with representatives from the National Park Service (NPS) tonight, Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. Her quarterly community meetings with NPS have been popular with her constituents. Most D.C. neighborhood parks are owned by NPS.

"My quarterly meetings have become the most effective way for me to hear from constituents and work to resolve concerns on issues related to parks that fall under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service," Norton said. "We are fortunate to have so many parks in nearly all our neighborhoods. I look forward to hearing from my constituents."
