Norton to Host Panel Discussion Celebrating D.C. Queer Women in Leadership, Friday
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will host a panel discussion for Women's History Month celebrating the professional accomplishments of queer women in the District this Friday, March 6th, at 6:00 p.m. at the Adams Morgan Community Center. The panel discussion is one in a series of meetings Norton has held to engage the District's LGBTQ community and will feature Eboné Bell, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Tagg Magazine; Monika Nemeth, ANC Commissioner for 3F06; Carlie Steiner, Entrepreneur & Restauranteur; and Joy Whitt, Civic Technologist and Presidential Innovation Fellow.
