Norton to Speak at GSA’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Event on Thursday

WASHINGTON, DC – Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will speak at the U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA) Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. event, tomorrow, January 19, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the GSA's One Constitution Campus (1275 First Street, NE). Norton has chaired and is now the ranking member of the subcommittee with jurisdiction over GSA. The Congresswoman, who was a member of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, will discuss how the King legacy relates to the work of public servants such as GSA employees.
