Norton to Speak at National Cannabis Industry Association Press Conference, Tomorrow Morning

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will speak at a press conference hosted by the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) tomorrow, Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at 9:30 a.m., and the House Triangle (SE corner of Capitol). Norton is a Member of the bipartisan Congressional Cannabis Caucus. Norton will highlight her efforts to remove the undemocratic appropriations rider that blocks the District of Columbia from spending its local funds to tax or regulate marijuana.
