WASHINGTON, D.C.—Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) will speak at the ribbon cutting of Check It Enterprises today, Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., at 1920 Martin Luther King Avenue SE 20020. Check It Enterprises is a local fashion business formed by District of Columbia LGBTQ residents who were once gang members but are now successful entrepreneurs.
