WASHINGTON, DC – Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton's (D-DC) Save D.C. Home Rule press conference on fiscal year 2014 D.C. appropriations riders with District of Columbia Mayor Vincent Gray and national groups whose issues have been attacked in the past by using D.C. as a vehicle, will be held today at 11:00 a.m. in 2168 Rayburn House Office Building (The Gold Room).
