WASHINGTON, DC -- The Office of Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) has just confirmed that the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Ronald C. Machen, will be the leadoff witness at the Commission on Black Men and Boys Roundtable entitled Youth Violence: Helping Young Boys Become Young Men on Tuesday, November 9, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Library, 901 G Street NW.
