Tuesday: Norton, Carper to Hold Press Conference Announcing Senate Introduction of D.C. Statehood Bill

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) and Senator Tom Carper (D-DE) will hold a press conference to announce Senate introduction of the D.C. statehood bill. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, and D.C. Council Chair Mendelson will also deliver remarks.
