Norton to Attend Private Services for Kennedy in Boston Saturday

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) has been invited by the family of Sen. Ted Kennedy to attend services for the Senator in Boston, 10 a.m., Saturday, August 29. Kennedy was a champion of District issues and worked closely with the Congresswoman on many local and national issues. She will travel from Martha's Vineyard, Mass., where she is vacationing with friends and will return to the District next week.
