Donahoe that asks him to reconsider the consolidation of more than 80 mail-processing centers in January 2015 that will delay First-Class and other mail delivery, without public input.

Leadership from the National Park Service (NPS), the Shepherd Parkway Committee, Washington Parks & People, and the 11th Street Bridge Park Project will discuss ideas and hear suggestions from residents in Wards 7 and 8 on how to improve the federal parkland in their communities.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) today will give opening remarks at a press and congressional staff briefing as part of an effort to mobilize women to remedy long-standing inequality with men in income, income security, and health protection. The briefing, sponsored by the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare (NCPSSM), will be held in the Cannon House Office Building, room 121, at noon. NCPSSM will feature a new initiative named for Eleanor Roosevelt, the "Eleanor's Hope" project.
