Washington, DC-The Office of Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) announced that Norton will lead a 30-minute special order on the House floor today, beginning approximately at 2:50 p.m., to warn Members not to attach new anti-home-rule riders to the D.C. Appropriations bill. This is the fourth consecutive day Norton has spoken on the floor to fend off riders.
