The annual Tax Fair will be from 10 a.m. – noon at the Washington Convention Center, and is open to D.C. residents only.
Washington, DC—The Office of Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) announced today that Norton will host a Black History Month event for D.C. residents celebrating the upcoming move of the District of Columbia's Frederick Douglass statue to the U.S. Capitol, following the enactment of her bill to place the first-ever D.C. statue there, on Monday, February 4, 2013, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the lobby of One Judiciary Square (441 4th Street NW),where the statue is displayed.
